Today’s “leaping excercise”:

 Gift yourself 10-15 minutes alone.  Slowly speak the  words written above.  Let yourself be absorbed by them.  Notice the feelings they stir within.  Your mind will have opinions about this also;  acknowledge them, but try to give more attention to your feelings during this time.  There is no right or wrong or pre-planned outcome to this experience.  Simply notice what’s “going on” when you spend time with this thought.   When complete, spend a few minutes journaling your experience.  Sit with it as long as it feels comfortable.
