These days produce heightened thoughts and actions of fear, protection, ‘us vs them’, circling the wagons, exclusion, anxiety, vulnerability…………..
These days also create intensified thoughts and actions of peace, hope, compassion and a commitment to ending the cycle of fear – releasing into our natural state of ‘Love’.
We have free will to choose which way to go.
Is it easy or comfortable to choose the way of Peace? Not always. We have been ‘trained’ for millennia to fear and exclude anyone different from ourselves and to protect ourselves and loved ones via bullying, violence, weapons and a host of subtle and not so subtle fear based actions.
Is there another way?
Millions upon millions upon millions on this planet Earth do not want this violence, fear and hatred anymore. We are growing tired of the all-to-frequent, hateful tragedies experienced by all countries; we are coming together, deciding it’s time for Peace.
Is it easy or comfortable to choose the way of Peace? Not always – especially when the world seems so complex. BUT, we can choose the way of Peace and Love. Day by day, minute by minute we can choose the way of Peace and Love. How? By realizing there is a choice. In any circumstance or thought throughout the day, we have a choice: The fearful thought/action or the Loving thought/action. Choice by choice we create this new path. Imagine the impact of millions, even billions of people consciously choosing Love over fear.
These are the best of times and the worst of times……………The choice is ours.
